Our AOD Athlete programme is totally bespoke to your goals and ambition. You are assigned to a specific track programmed by AOD’s head coaches. This allows us to tune into your weaknesses and create a well rounded athlete. 

ATHENA

GYMNASTICS TRACK

Develop your strict gymnastics strength, gymnastics capacity and gymnastics skills. Three optional sessions a week that target these areas to help you develop and compete to the best of your abilities.

KRATOS

STRENGTH TRACK

Kratos provides tried and tested methodologies of strength training that are intricately weaved into your CrossFit programme to allow you to progress your strength without having to take time away from your sport. You can expect 2-3 additional pieces each week that consist of Compound exercises, Olympic Weightlifting Variations and Accessories that will help you not only become a stronger athlete but also more structurally resilient.

ATLAS

ENDURANCE TRACK

Don’t let your engine hold you back in training. With the Atlas track, you’ll receive three additional workouts a week designed specifically to improve your different energy systems for the sport of fitness. You’ll develop your Aerobic capacity, Lactate threshold and VO2 Max to make sure you’re prepared for any task that comes your way.
