Conventional Gym Use
The program is designed to be accessible to anyone in any fitness facility. While gym equipment is certainly needed, nothing beyond what you can find in and local facility.
This program has no long slog cardio intervals. But instead focuses on really maximising the time you spend in the gym to achieve the best results possible. No waffle, just hard work.
